However, the service fluctuates in quality, with highlights such as helpful assistance and convenient services but occasional lapses in attention to detail and outdated room interiors. The dining options are decent, though improvements in service efficiency and food quality could enhance the experience further.
The hotel is conveniently located with a perfect view of Shanghai, featuring clean and spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. However, online booking through Booking. com did not allow for collecting points. The service was helpful despite a confusion with the elevators, and the fair price for a 50 km drive was unexpectedly reasonable. The location is truly the best part, right in front of People Square with easy access to the subway and nearby sites. The dining experience offered limited vegetarian options but delivered excellent food at cheap prices.

If you're looking for a place to wind down after a bustling day in the city, this hotel offers a comfortable king-size bed, chaise lounge, TV, and an elegant bathroom with a separate large shower and soaking bathtub.
